Vancouver AI Operators — Open Coffee

An informal monthly meetup for Vancouver-area operators running AI workloads in production. Last Friday of every month, 8 to 10 in the morning, at Pallet on Carrall.

No agenda. No speakers. No name badges. Bring whatever is broken in production, or whatever is working and worth comparing notes on. People who run their own GPUs, people running on rented compute, people debating whether to migrate either direction, people thinking through procurement, observability, eval, or hiring. All welcome.
